We use only; Mustad®'Power-Point'™, XX-Long-shank hooks, on all our Buzzbaits.
Each hook is maximum-sized to fit the lure it's being used on ~ insuring more and better
hook ups, and a better balance during the retrieve (without the need for a trailer-hook).
Our wires are premium-grade, stainless-steel (your choice of wire weight); to hold up against
even the most extreme conditions you could put your lures through.
To make sure that our buzzbaits look nearly as good as they work; seven or more coats of
hand-applied vinyl & "UV-Blast" finish, are layered onto the body & lower-shaft
(taking the fish's target, forward on the lure - and eliminating the short-strikes caused by using trailers)
These features combine to help make OUR buzzbaits, last a very, VERY, long time.

We've come to realize that just color, weight, and style-options, aren't
everything that an angler wants & needs in their buzzbait!

After we've completely finished painting & assembling them; EACH & EVERY Buzzbait
we manufacture, spends a MINIMUM of EIGHT-HOURS, spinning in our "wind-tunnel"
Our 8-hour "break-in" period, is just about the equivalent of retrieving one 50-ft. cast
every minute, for 8-hours straight, without ever taking a break or having a backlash.

After the "break-in" has been completed, every buzzbait is completely
RE-TRUED, RE-TUNED, and RE-ALIGNED..ONLY THEN, can we consider our buzzbaits the very best made buzzbaits in the world!
ONLY THEN, is YOUR BUZZBAIT, ready to be packaged for delivery to you.

Those are a few of the reasons it usually takes us five to seven work-days to make OUR Buzzbaits.
